Our mission

We are an educational solutions lab. We help people and teams learn new things in new ways.

There are skills you can't do without today: working with AI, thinking critically, managing emotions. Almost nowhere teaches them properly. We explore this gap and create solutions: trainings, programs, our own EdTech tools. For businesses, universities, and those who need results, not a diploma.

Why a lab, not an agency

An agency sells training. A lab creates tools, tests them in practice, and leaves them with the client.

For example: at MUCA we didn't just talk about AI — we implemented a flipped classroom with QuantaQuiz, trained 300+ teachers, and left a tool that still works today. The training ended. The learning didn't.

Founder's Story

Vitaly Genarov graduated from HSE University (philosophy, epistemology). From 2018 to 2021, he served as Director of Educational Intensives at University 20.35, delivering trainings across 75+ universities. He founded EdUnit — an educational solutions lab. Today, EdUnit delivers AI literacy, critical thinking, and soft skills trainings for businesses and universities, develops its own EdTech tools (EdUnit Bot, QuantaQuiz, ScriptCheck), and consults organizations on integrating AI into work and learning processes.

How much do your services cost?
Trainings: from $300 (education & NGO) to $1,500 (business). Individual participation in open trainings — from $25. Consulting and development — from $300, depending on scope. Final pricing is determined after discussing your task.
