Why AI tools aren't working for you yet

🤷

Everyone talks about AI — unclear where to start

Dozens of tools, hundreds of guides. You try one — not impressed. Try another — looks the same. No understanding of which tool is for which task.

🔒

Unclear where your data goes and whether you can trust the answers

You enter work text into ChatGPT — where does it end up? AI confidently presents errors as facts. Without verification skills, you risk taking a hallucination for truth.

😴

Your boss said 'learn AI' — but there's no time

You've been told to learn AI — but courses last months, examples are abstract, never reaching your tasks. You don't need a certificate, you need a skill you can apply tomorrow. 3 hours — and done.

What you'll get in 3 hours

First result in 30 minutes

  • What AI tools are and how they work — in plain language, no theory.
  • Write your first prompt (a request to AI) and get a result on your own task.
  • Understand why some prompts work and others don't.
🧰

Each tool for its own task

  • ChatGPT: prompts, assistants, image generation.
  • Perplexity: fact-checking, search with sources.
  • Claude: working with documents and long texts.
  • NotebookLM (Google's document analysis) and Deep Research (deep search): exploring a new topic, quick research.
📋

7 templates for common tasks

  • Writing and editing texts, generating ideas.
  • Quick research, document analysis, exploring a new topic.
  • Decision support, synthetic personas.
  • Examples: marketer — 10 headlines in 3 minutes. Copywriter — article draft in 15 minutes. Educator — 5 quiz questions in 2 minutes.
🛡️

Rules for safe AI use

  • Which data you can give AI and which you absolutely cannot.
  • Which access to grant and which to deny.
  • How to verify answers: specific methods, not just 'look carefully'.
  • When to turn on thinking mode so AI reasons more deeply.

Why AI literacy if there's YouTube?

Guides show buttons. Training teaches thinking: which tool for which task, how to verify results, where you must not enter data. In 3 hours, participants gain a skill, not just information — and apply it to their own task the same day.

6 tools in one training

  • ChatGPT — text generation, data analysis, assistant
  • Claude — long documents, analytics, reasoning
  • Perplexity — search with sources, fact-checking
  • NotebookLM — PDF processing and audio briefings
  • Gamma — presentations in minutes
  • Nanabanana — image generation

Participants try each tool on their own task and leave understanding which tool is for what — and where the limits are. For deeper content work, see our AI for Social Media Content training.

Security and confidentiality

A dedicated training block: what not to enter into AI, how data works in free vs paid versions, privacy policies of OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Participants create a safe-use checklist for their organization.

How to start using AI at work — without months of courses

The typical path: read 10 guides, try a few prompts, get underwhelmed, and give up. The problem isn't the tool — it's the lack of skill in framing tasks for AI. In our training, every participant gets a result on their own work task within the first 30 minutes: a text draft, document analysis, or idea list. No abstract examples — your work, your result. After the training, you keep 7 ready-made prompt templates for common tasks: from writing emails to preparing reports.

AI training for teams: results in one day, not one quarter

Online AI courses for employees have under 10% completion rates — too long, too abstract. According to DataCamp (2026), 59% of companies report an AI skills gap, while only 36% of employees are satisfied with their AI training quality. Our format solves both problems: 3 hours of practice on your team's actual tasks instead of months of theory. Participant tasks are collected in advance — everyone works on their own case. After the training, teams apply AI immediately: companies that train employees on AI see adoption jump from 25% to 76%.

Prompt engineering in practice: 7 templates instead of theory

Prompt engineering courses last 2-3 months and cost $200-700. For most professionals, that's overkill: you don't need to become a prompt engineer, you need to get quality results from AI. In our training, you'll master effective prompt structure, analyze common mistakes (why ChatGPT produces fluff instead of specifics), and take away 7 working templates: idea generation, text editing, document analysis, topic research, meeting preparation, presentation creation, and fact-checking.

FAQ

Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can use a browser and email, that's enough. You need a laptop or computer (won't work from a phone). If you need help registering accounts — we help 30 minutes before the start.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude account?
No. The entire training uses free accounts. The trainer demonstrates paid features from their own screen.
How is this different from online courses?
A course is months of theory with abstract examples. Here — 3 hours of practice on your tasks. You leave with ready prompts and a skill, not notes.
Is the training suitable for older adults (55+)?
Yes. Simple language, comfortable pace, practice from the first minutes. The trainer helps at every step.
Where does the data I enter into AI go?
During the training, we only work with data you choose to use yourself. One of the topics is exactly these rules: what you can enter and what you cannot.
Will the training be recorded?
No. The training is live practice, not a lecture. After the training, you'll receive the presentation and access to a Q&A chat.
Are there discounts?
Students and employees of educational institutions get a 50% discount.
Is this a one-time training or a series?
You can take it as a standalone session or as an introduction before the rest of the series: AI for educators, AI for content and social media, vibe coding, AI implementation for business.
